Added Brand Name in SKU Channel Listing Export
Who Should Care?
Warehouse Associates
E-Commerce Managers
Inventory & Channel Planning Teams
Business Challenge
Businesses handling multi-brand portfolios were unable to identify brand associations within the downloaded SKU Channel Listing export file. This lack of brand visibility hindered decision-making and SKU-channel verification across warehouses.
What's New?
Added a new "Brand Name" column to the downloaded Excel/CSV export file on the SKU Channel Listing screen, which dynamically populates each SKU's mapped brand name without impacting existing column layouts.
Business Impact
✅ Provides direct, real-time brand visibility within SKU channel mapping reports.
✅ Streamlines catalog and channel mapping for multi-brand enterprises.
✅ Eliminates manual cross-check between SKUs and brand.

Addition of Creation and Modification details in Unmapped SKU Export
Who Should Care?
E-Commerce Managers
Inventory & Channel Planning Teams
Business Challenge
Operations teams were unable to view creation and modification details in the Unmapped SKU export report, making it difficult to identify newly added unmapped SKUs and prioritize mapping activities effectively.
What's New?
Added four new columns: "Created by", "Created Date", "Updated By", and "Updated Date" to the downloaded file for Unmapped SKU on the SKU Channel Listing screen.
Business Impact
✅ Enables quick identification of newly added unmapped SKUs to prioritize mapping tasks.
✅ Provides complete audit trail visibility directly within exported mapping reports.
✅ Improves operational efficiency and tracking across catalog management teams.

Key Bug Fixes:
Inactive Location Inventory Visible in Order Details
Issue
During order creation and order detail lookup of sku, inventory available for sku’s at inactive locations was being calculated and displayed to users.
Fix Implemented
Updated the inventory calculation and display logic during order creation and order SKU lookup to exclude inactive locations. Stock available in inactive locations is now completely excluded from available inventory counts.
Impact:
✅ Ensures accurate real-time inventory visibility by excluding stock at inactive warehouse locations.
✅ Prevents order processing errors and fulfillment attempts against disabled or inactive locations.
✅ Improves order details reliability and aligns inventory allocation strictly with active location

Support MM/YYYY Date Format for Expiry & Manufacturing at Lottable Level
Who Should Care?
Pharmacy & Healthcare Retailers
Warehouse Operations Teams
Inventory Management Team
Business Challenge
Pharmacy products often carry only month and year information for expiry and manufacturing dates. The existing mandatory DD/MM/YYYY format required users to enter an arbitrary day, which could result in multiple lot numbers being created for the same physical batch, leading to inventory fragmentation and reconciliation challenges
What's New?
WMS now supports MM/YYYY-based date configuration for applicable lottable fields. Users can configure the date format and choose whether the system should derive the date as the first or last day of the selected month, with the same logic supported across applicable Web, Mobile, Import, and API workflows.
Business Impact
✅ Prevents creation of multiple lots for the same physical batch due to arbitrary dates.
✅ Reduces inventory fragmentation and reconciliation issues.
✅ Enables accurate handling of pharmacy products carrying only month/year information.
✅ Provides consistent date handling across Web, Mobile, Import, and API processes.
✅ Improves operational accuracy while preserving existing lot validation behavior.
Reset Sortation for LPN
Who Should Care?
Warehouse Operations Teams
Sort to Box Operators
Warehouse Supervisors
Business Challenge
During the Sort to Box process, operators could mistakenly scan the SKU instead of the correct LPN in the To LPN field. Once this happened, the LPN could not be sorted again without support team intervention, creating operational delays.
What's New?
A new Reset Sortation option has been introduced on the LPN Detail screen for LPNs in Open/Reopen status. Users can reset the existing sortation details and make the LPN available for sorting again, allowing them to assign the correct To LPN directly from the Sort to Box screen.
Business Impact
✅ Enables warehouse users to correct incorrect LPN mapping independently.
✅ Eliminates dependency on the support team for sortation correction.
✅ Allows the LPN to be quickly reused for the correct sorting process.
✅ Reduces operational delays caused by incorrect LPN scanning.
✅ Improves efficiency and accuracy in Sort to Box operations.

Standard APIs
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
New ASN Short Close API
Who Should Care?
Integration Teams
Warehouse Operations Teams
ERP & OMS Integrators
Business Challenge
There was no API available to short-close ASN quantities, requiring users or external systems to rely on manual processing for ASN short closure.
What's New?
A new ASN Short Close API has been introduced to enable external systems to short close ASNs across different ASN types, including PO, Vendor, Customer, and Other ASNs.
The API supports passing the ASN, SKU/line details, short quantity, and reason for short closure through the request.
Business Impact
✅ Enables automated ASN short closure through API integration.
✅ Supports short closure across multiple ASN types.
✅ Reduces dependency on manual ASN processing.
✅ Improves integration efficiency for inbound operations.
✅ Provides clear success or failure responses for each ASN processed.
