Order Management: 

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • Addition of New Attributes over Customer Master Export                        

  1. The Customer Master export report now includes four new fields “Created Date” and “Created User”, “Updated Date”, and “Updated User” enabling users to easily track when customer records were created and improving overall data transparency.

  • Channel Level Control for Shipments Unpack               

  1. A new field “Restrict Unpack” is now available on the Channel Create/Edit screen, enabling users to control shipment unpacking at the channel level.

  2. This enhancement helps prevent unintended or unauthorized unpack actions, ensuring process compliance and maintaining shipment integrity for channels with strict handling rules.

Key Bug Fixes:

  • BOM SKU Modification Restriction post Transaction                                      

  1. Previously, users were able to modify BOM child SKUs in a parent BOM even after transactions were recorded, which created risks of data inconsistency and incorrect inventory or production mapping.

  2. A validation has now been added to restrict any changes to BOM child SKUs when transactional data exists, preventing accidental or incorrect SKU modifications.


Warehouse Management:

  • Introducing Bulk Download of Credit Notes                                        

  1. We have introduced a new screen to download the credit notes in bulk. Users can select multiple returns and can download the consolidated credit note.

  • Inbound Real-Time - External STO No Scannable                        

  1. Currently, when a user scans an ExtSTO number, the pop-up opens, but the scanned value is populated in the "STO Number" field instead of the "ExtSTO Number" field.

  2. We have made changes, and now when the user will scan the external STo No pop up will open with a filled ExtSTO Number column.

  • Inbound Realtime: ASN Picklist Pop-Up Changes                          

  1. We have introduced additional filter options in the inbound realtime screen to improve search and data refinement, users can quickly locate specific records without scrolling through large datasets.

  2. The following filters are now available:

    1. Date

    2. Status

    3. External ASN No

    4. Type

  • Inbound Real Time : Addition of a few more options to Search Return Inbound  

  1. Currently, in the inbound real-time return inbound process, we only provide the option to scan Cust Ret No/Order No/ExtOrderNo.

  2. We have introduced some more options which are Ext Return No/Forward AWB/Reverse AWB to scan and move to the pop up screen .

  • Show Bundle SKU code in Picking-Picktask in APP   

  1. Currently, in cases of FnV Boms we show the details of Child SKU and no details are visible for BundleSKucode on which order is placed.

  2. With this update, the system now ensures that Bundle SKU descriptions are displayed along with the Child SKU information, providing complete visibility for FnV BOM orders.

  • Enhancement: New LPN Filters Added to Let Down Features                    

  1. Currently, the system provides filter options such as From Bin, To Bin, SKU, Assigned To, and Task ID.

  2. As part of this enhancement, two new filter fields have been added to the search filter popup:

    1. From Lpn

    2. To Lpn

  3. We have done this for all three features: pick , put and view within let down.

  • Inbound Enhancement: Gatepass-Based Receiving for All Inbound Types      

  1. Enhanced the WMS Mobile App to support gatepass-based receiving not only for Purchase Orders but also for ASN, Direct Inbound, STO, and Return transactions.

  2. Introduced a new Inward Type dropdown under Gatepass receiving with support for:

    1. ASN

    2. Direct Inbound

    3. STO

    4. PO

  3. Enabled end-to-end validation of inbound shipments against Gatepass before receiving.

  4. Added the Pending Documents for Inbound button showing all open Gatepasses across inbound types.

  5. Auto-prefill of document details when a pending gatepass is selected for quicker processing.



Standard APIs

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • New API for Real-Time Availability Click & Collect Orders               

  1. Introduced an all-new API supporting Click & Collect on the website, exposing real-time store and inventory location data.

  2. API enables the frontend to display:  

  • Stores that have the selected SKU(s) available.  

  • Distance from the customer’s entered location, leveraging OMS’s existing inventory data.

  1. Customers can instantly see which nearby stores have their desired product for Click & Collect helping with quick pickup decisions.

  • Addition of New Parameter in Return Update API           

  1. The Return Update API now supports a new parameter: updatedStatus, enabling users to update the return status, especially where real-time transporter tracking is not available.

  2. Also, Optional parameters cancellationReason and cancellationRemarks have been added for status "Cancelled."

  3. Users can directly update the return status for eligible return orders without relying on transporter real-time feeds, increasing operational efficiency.

  • Addition of customer's attributes in Return Create API              

  1. Additional parameters for customer phone and email have been added while creating return via return create API.

  2. Users can now create returns successfully by passing customer’s email and phone no.

Financials/ E-filing Systems Integrations:

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • Shipment Wise Sales Orders Pushed to Zoho Books                  

  1. The system now pushes shipment wise data to Zoho for sales orders, instead of only pushing when orders are completely shipped. 

  2. Sales Push Logic has been improved to handle shipment-wise sales pushes, covering both complete and partial shipped order scenarios.

  3. No waiting for complete shipped orders—businesses can reconcile, fulfill, and process payments with shipment wise. 

  4. Prompt and accurate posting to Zoho supports quicker invoicing for shipped items.


  •  Improved SKU and Contacts Company Mapping in Zoho Integration                 

  1. SKU Name in Zoho now shows the actual SKU name instead of SKU Code. 

  2. SKU Description now correctly reflects the SKU short name or description. Customer and Vendor company names now use the customer and Vendor name. 

  3. All sales, customer, and vendor data integrated into Zoho reflect these accurate mappings for invoicing and documentation.
