Key Bug Fixes:
Pricing Event Involving all SKUs and Locations
Previously, users were required to configure pricing events separately for each SKU and location, resulting in a time-intensive and cumbersome process. This enhancement enables pricing events to be applied simultaneously across all SKUs and locations, significantly simplifying the configuration process and enhancing operational efficiency.
Mismatch in Return Line Amount
With this fix, the system now accurately calculates the return line amount and aligns the sum of line amounts with the return amount for all returns associated with a single order, ensuring precise return processing and improved financial reconciliation.
Warehouse Management:
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
Lot Mixing in a Single LPN during Inbound and Picking
We’ve enhanced control over SKU and lot management within LPNs across Inbound, Picking, and Sort to Box processes.
Users can now mix different SKUs with different lot numbers in a single LPN.
The existing configuration that restricts mixing of the same SKU with multiple lots continues to apply.
This update supports scenarios where SKU mixing is enabled and lot mixing is disabled at the LPN level.
Benefits:
Greater Flexibility: Supports more real-world use cases by allowing different SKUs and lots in a single LPN.
Preserves Data Integrity: Restricts same SKU with multiple lots to prevent traceability issues.
Improved Efficiency: Reduces handling complexity during inbound and picking while maintaining system rules.
Addition of ‘Out Date’ Filter in Inventory View
A new filter has been added to enhance traceability and inventory tracking for SKUs marked as 'OUT'.
A new ‘Out Date’ filter is introduced in the ‘By SKU Unique No’ tab on the Inventory View screen.
This filter allows users to view inventory records based on the date a SKU's status changed to ‘OUT’.
The ‘Out Date’ filter becomes active only when the inventory status is set to ‘OUT’.
Benefits:
Improved Traceability: Easily track when SKUs were marked out of inventory.
Better Analysis: Helps users analyze SKU movement and depletion trends.
Operational Control: Facilitates auditing and decision-making based on outflow dates.
Navigation: WMS>> Inventory >> Inventory View >> By SKU Unique No
SKU Name-Based Predictive Search in WMS App
We’ve introduced a predictive search feature by SKU Name in the WMS App to enhance search efficiency across key operational screens.
Search by SKU Name is now enabled in the following modules:
Inbound
Putaway
Picking
Sort to Box
Inventory Move
Cycle Count
As users type at least three characters (e.g., "SAR"), suggestions dynamically appear (e.g., "Saridon", "New Saridon").
The search results display SKU Name for better recognition and selection.
Access Control:
A new user right governs this feature.
Only users with the permission will see and use SKU Name search.
On all screens except Inbound, the feature is available only for non-serial-tracked SKUs.
Benefits:
Faster Search: Reduces the time spent typing or referencing SKU codes.
User-Friendly: Makes the app more intuitive, especially for teams familiar with product names.
Controlled Rollout: Permissions ensure selective access based on operational needs.
Additional Columns in Inbound QC Report Export
We’ve enhanced the Inbound QC Report (Export) by adding key data fields to improve visibility, traceability, and audit accuracy for inbound quality checks.
New Columns Added:
User ID: Identifies the user who performed the QC.
Missing Qty: Shows quantity marked as missing during QC, especially in return cases.
Inbound Type: Indicates the type of inbound (ASN, PO, Return - Delivered/Non-Delivered, DI).
Doc No: Displays the parent document number (e.g., PO Number).
Ext Return No: Captures the external return number in return inbounds.
Channel Name: Provides the channel name for return inbounds.
Ext Order No: Displays the external order number for return cases.
Both branded and non-branded wrong SKUs are now captured.
For every incorrect product, the expected (missing) SKU is recorded as a separate row and the scanned (wrong) SKU is also recorded with full discrepancy details.
Benefits:
Improved Traceability: Track who performed QC and what was identified.
Clear Discrepancy Documentation: Each mismatch is clearly represented.
Better Reporting for Returns: Includes external references to tie back to source systems.
Enhanced Audit Trail: Supports investigations and corrections with detailed logs.
Key Bug Fixes:
PO Revision Enquiry Screen: PO Date
Currently, in the PO Revision Enquiry screen, the PO date was incorrectly displaying the PO revision date instead of the actual PO creation date.
This issue has now been fixed, and the PO date will correctly display the PO creation date.
Navigation: Procurement >> Po Revision
Vin FBS (Store Fulfillment App & Endless Aisle)
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
Feature to show Order Number as a scannable Barcode in SFS
In scenarios where the POS system is not integrated and store staff manually generate invoices through Vin FBS, there is a high chance of data entry errors.
Specifically, store associates must manually enter the Omni Order Number into the POS system and, in turn, manually input the POS Bill Number back into Vin FBS. This manual process increases the risk of typos, which can potentially lead to order reconciliation mismatches.
To address this, Vin FBS now supports displaying the Omni Order Number as a scannable barcode. Store associates can simply scan this barcode into the POS system, eliminating the need for manual entry.
Additionally, Vin FBS now features a scanning option that allows users to capture the POS Bill Number directly into the system using a barcode scanner.
This enhancement eliminates manual input on both ends, significantly reducing the chance of errors, ensuring accurate order reconciliation, and accelerating the overall order processing workflow.

A more comprehensive Activity Milesotne Tracker has been introduced within the Store Fulfillment and Endless Aisle modules. This enhancement offers improved visibility into the complete order lifecycle for both walk-in locations and fulfillment centers.
What’s New:
Granular tracking of key order events: Order Placed, Acknowledged, Picked, Packed, Shipped, and more.
Activity milestones are now clearly displayed, helping staff monitor order progress in real time.
PIM Lite
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
PIM_Lite Marketplace Template Automation Part 01
Export Profile Auto Creation-The export profile creation process has been automated to support both API-based and file-based profile generation.
Based on predefined scenarios and templates, the system auto-creates export profiles with appropriate attribute mappings, reducing manual configuration efforts.
Streamlines onboarding of new marketplaces or templates and ensures consistency in profile structure across the platform.
Export Profile Auto Updation-export profiles can now be automatically updated, either fully or at an attribute level, for both API and file types.

Key Bug Fixes:
SKUs Not Exported in Import Sheet – Duplicate Brand Handling
Identified an issue where 64 SKUs were missing from the product export sheet despite having active and approved status.
Root cause traced to duplicate brand names (e.g., “Aldo”) with different IDs – one subscribed, one not.
Implemented a fix to prevent duplication of attribute values like brand names, and cleaned up conflicting brand entries in the backend.
Ensures consistent export behavior and prevents data conflicts that could impact downstream operations
Channel Mapping Export Not Opening for Shopperstop
Identified issue where the Channel Mapping Export sheet failed to open for 4066 SKUs, resulting in a "404 Not Found" error—even when tried individually for 1 channel.
Issue was retested and validated successfully for all subscribed channels, confirming the export file generation now works as expected.
Standard APIs
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
Enhanced 3PL WMS Integration: API for Automated Client Setup
We’re excited to introduce a new API designed to automate the client creation process within the 3PL WMS ecosystem. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual intervention by enabling seamless client onboarding, while also auto-generating API keys and associating them with a predefined set of default APIs.
This release significantly enhances operational efficiency, particularly in scenarios involving bulk client setups, by minimizing manual errors and accelerating the provisioning process.

DWS (Dimension Weighing and Scanning) System Integration
We have integrated the Falcon Weight Machine into the packing workflow to automate the capture and update of package dimensions and weight (LBHW), improving accuracy and eliminating manual entry.
Automated LBH and Weight capture. During packing, the defaulted LBH and Weight values are used. Once the box is processed by the DWS, it sends the actual Length, Breadth, Height, and Weight.
A dedicated REST API (/RestWS/api/eretail/v1/order/updatePackagingDimensions) has been implemented for the DWS systems to send LBH and Weight data to Vin WMS in real time.
The accurate LBHW values are stored against the corresponding delivery record in the system.
Post manifest confirmation, the updated LBH and Weight will be sent to the transporter (that are not using Realtime AWB generation).
Benefits:
Eliminates Manual Input: Reduces human error by automating dimension and weight capture.
Improved Accuracy: Ensures precise LBHW is associated with each delivery.
Streamlined Workflow: Seamless integration into the existing packing and manifest process.
Transporter Compliance: Supports transporters that require actual package dimensions for AWB generation or freight calculation.
API Touchpoint: /RestWS/api/eretail/v1/order/updatePackagingDimensions
Key Bug Fixes:
Automatic Tag Creation via Order Create API
When creating orders via the Order Create API, values passed in the parameters "tags" and "order_line_tags" were not being automatically created, which prevented the order from being successfully created.
This issue has been resolved across all versions of the Order Create API, ensuring that tags are now getting auto created and leading to successful order creation.
API touchpoint: RestWS/api/eretail/v1/order/create (All Versions)
Financials/ E-filing Systems Integrations:
Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:
E-Way Bill Compliance for Precious Metals (Gold & Silver)
We are excited to announce that E-Way Bill generation is now supported for products categorized under Gold and Silver, aligning with the latest amendments under the GST Act.
What’s New:
Users can now seamlessly generate E-Way Bills for Gold and Silver items directly from the application.
This update ensures full compliance with the recent regulatory changes made by the Government of India regarding the movement of precious metals.
The enhancement is applicable to intrastate stock transfers, wherever E-Way Bill generation is mandated.
Key Benefits:
Regulatory Compliance: Avoid legal or logistical penalties by adhering to the updated GST rules.
Operational Continuity: Streamline the transportation process for Gold and Silver items without manual workarounds.
TCS for Eway bill
E-Way Bill Generation Now Supports Customer-Level TCS
E-Way Bill generation has been enhanced to support Tax Collected at Source (TCS) applicable at the customer level. With this update, the TCS value is now included in the payload sent to the GSP, ensuring accurate and compliant E-Way Bill value calculation.
Key Bug Fixes:
IRN Generation for International Orders (Export)
To streamline the e-invoicing process for international shipments, Vin-OMS now automatically identifies international orders and handles the GST compliance requirement by auto-populating the customer TIN as URP (Unregistered Person).
Previously, this was dependent on the frontend to pass URP manually. With this enhancement, Vin-OMS will autonomously detect such shipments and send URP to the GSP, reducing frontend dependencies and ensuring seamless e-invoice generation.
Benefits:
Eliminates manual intervention from frontend
Ensures GST compliance for international orders
Reduces errors and improves automation
