Disc Key

Auto generated unique key for vendor promotion.

Vendor Code

Users can apply filters by vendor code and search the promotions for that particular vendor.

Vendor Name 

Users can only view the respected Vendor name.

Promo Type

Users can select and filter the data based on  promotion type.

Status

Filter vendor promotions based on different status.

Promotion Name

Search by promotion name.

Promotion Code

Search by promotion code.

Start Date 

Users can apply the filter based on the date from which promotion is started.

End Date

Users can apply the filter based on the end date when promotion is ended.

Action Button

Description

Search

Clicking on the search button without entering any filter criterion will populate the list of all the promotions based on the default filter setting. Users can further narrow down the search by using filter options to get any specific information.

Reset

Reset button will refresh the filter fields to default settings, i.e. to an initial state to start fresh search.

Export

To download the filtered or searched result in XLS format which is displayed in the data grid.

Advance Search

Advance search further improves the search results of vendor promotions by providing option to filter by delivery location. 

Add New

To add a new vendor promotion to the database.

Vendor Code

The user needs to select a vendor from lookup. Upon clicking the lookup, a dialog box opens where users can select a vendor. 

Vendor Name 

This will be autofilled  after vendor selection.

Vendor Currency

This will be autofilled  after vendor selection.

Promo Code

This is a unique code given by the user while creating promotion.

Promo Name 

This is an input field and users can give a suitable name for the promotion code.

Promo Type

Users will select a promo type from the dropdown as “Line Discount”.

Date

Enter the Promotion start and end date.

Status

Pending/Confirmed/Cancelled

Condition on 

This field defines the condition to select the SKUs on which the promotion is to be applied. Possible values are: All, Brand, Category, Sku Selection.

Sku Qty

User will fill the SKU Qty for the promotion

Two methods:-  

In the Ratios of -If users select this and put sku qty=10 then on purchase of  each 10 Qty this promotion will be applied.

Minimum purchase -On the minimum purchase of Sku qty this promotion will be applied.

Ex-If we set the Qty as 100 then on the purchase of a minimum 100 Qty of the sku , this promotion will be applied.

Discount Type

Absolute Value : A value will be defined as the promotion to be applied on sales price & that value will be absolute to be deducted from the price of the product.

Percentage: A defined percentage will be deducted in this case from the product’s value.

Discount Value

Enter the promotional discount as either an absolute value or a percentage by selecting the appropriate discount type.

Discount on

User can select whether he wants to provide discount on Cost or MRP

Free SKU

Users can select one SKU from here to add as a free promotional item.

Free Qty

Qty of free SKU.

Action Button

Description

Clicking on the audit button user will be able to view the create and update information of the promotion.
