Addition of Style Details in Return Detail Export

Addition of Order Level UDFs in Sales Report
We have expanded the Order Wise Summary Report to include all fifteen order-level User-Defined Fields (UDFs), enabling users to access custom field values directly within the sales report.
This enhancement provides greater visibility and detailed insights into order-specific custom attributes.

Addition of SKU Short Name in SKU Import
We've introduced the "SKU Short Name" field in the SKU import functionality, enabling users to easily create and update short names for SKUs during import operations.

Location Selection Enhancement in User Rights
Previously, users had to select a location each time to revoke rights for a user.
We've simplified the process of revoking user rights, users can now revoke multiple rights from a user without repeatedly choosing the location, saving time and reducing unnecessary steps in the user rights management workflow.

Prefetch Preferred Transporter from Aggregator
We’ve introduced a new feature to fetch the preferred transporter for last-mile deliveries managed by aggregators.
Transporter Assignment After Allocation: The system can fetch the preferred transporter after order allocation when using an aggregator.
Picklist Creation for Aggregator-Based Deliveries: Enables picklist generation based on the assigned transporter, optimising batch processing.
Benefits:Optimized Picklist Management: Enables efficient order grouping by transporter, improving operational workflow.

Recount Functionality in Cycle Count Module
We've introduced a Recount feature in the Cycle Count module, allowing users to trigger a recount request when discrepancies are detected. This enhancement ensures better inventory accuracy and validation before stock adjustments.
Recount Option: Users can now initiate a recount if the initial cycle count identifies mismatches.
Role-Based Access Control: Only authorized users can initiate recounts, ensuring controlled and accurate stock verification.

Unit Price Management for Line Items in ASN
We’ve introduced a new capability that allows users to manually set unit prices for individual line items in the ASN before confirmation. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in managing inbound costs.
Manual Price Entry: Users can now specify unit prices for each line item while creating the ASN.
Default Pricing Logic: If no unit price is entered, the system will automatically use the SKU master base cost.
Multi-Channel Support: This feature is available across Web, Import, and API modules.

Greater Control: Users can override the default SKU price when needed.
Flexible Pricing Management: Ensures accurate unit price adjustments before confirming the ASN.

Receipt Validation Now Works with Import & API
We’ve resolved an issue where receipt validations wasn’t working for imports (InboundImportWithPO) and API-based inbounds, despite being enabled at the PO level.
Validation is now correctly enforced for both import and API methods during PO inbound creation.

Improved Data Accuracy: Ensures invoice details are properly captured during inbound creation.
Consistency Across Channels: Invoice validation now applies equally to manual entry, imports, and API transactions.

Merging Different Categories Template into One Output
The latest PIM Lite functionality enhances output template generation by allowing users to create a single template that accommodates data from multiple categories, unlike the previous version which only allowed merging within the same category.
This enhancement will offer users the capability to generate output in various categories, streamlining their workflow and saving valuable time.

Providing Acknowledgment to Incremental API/PIM Lite Product Creation API
Previously, the product creation API only returned a batch ID as a response and did not provide any acknowledgment regarding the success or failure of the product creation process. This has been improved.
Now, an acknowledgment containing information about the product code and its success or failure status will be sent. This acknowledgment will be sent on a scheduler basis and not in real time.
Key Bug Fixes:
Improved Error Handling for Update Channel SKU Code from Frontend
A user attempted to update the SKU code associated with a particular sales channel within the PIM Lite frontend.
The user specifically utilized the 'channel SKU code' option provided in the interface. However, the update was unsuccessful, and the system returned an "Invalid SKU" error message.
This indicates that the SKU code entered by the user was not recognized or accepted by the system, preventing the update from being completed.
This issue was resolved and the right error message was added.
Filter in Transmit Enquiry Error
User want to filter and check failed products on the basis of error description
Earlier, filter in Transmit enquiry error was not available.
Filter is added now in the error field.
Enabling SKUpush to eRetail for those Clients Which are using Planogram
Planogram provides marketplace assignment information through api or sftp
Once planogram information come to PIM LITE sku get auto assigned to that specific marketplace. So, manual marketplace assignment is disabled for such clients panel.
As eretail assignment is not specific to planogram so manual push was earlier disabled but now we have enabled all the planogram specific clients.

The Order Status API response now includes “CancellationReason” and “CancellationRemarks” parameters, providing details on the reason for order cancellation and any associated remarks enabling better tracking and analysis of cancellation patterns, and more effective resolution of recurring issues.

Addition of Child Details of Virtual BOM in SKU Details API
The SKU Detail API response now includes “childSkuCode” and “qtyRatio” parameters, providing child SKU details against the virtual BOM. This enhancement improves visibility into component SKUs, enabling better inventory management and tracking.

New Version for Order Invoice PDF API
We've launched a new version of the Order Invoice PDF API, creating a streamlined connection point between our system and external platforms. This API enables direct retrieval of invoice documents in PDF format by simply providing an invoice or order number reference.
