Addition of SKU Manufacturer in SKU Master
Sellers can now assign the manufacturer to the SKU using the newly added field “Manufacturer” on the SKU Master screen. Users can efficiently manage manufacturer details (under Other Masters) and assign them to the SKU, ensuring better traceability and compliance, which is especially beneficial for the pharmacy industry.
This functionality is extended to the SKU create/update API and bulk imports ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

SKU Image in Sales Return
For reverse shipment creation, some of the logistics need the product image uploaded by the end customers while placing a return through the website so that reverse pickup QC can be performed by the pickup personnel at the time of reverse pickup of the return.
Brands will now have the provision to pass on the images uploaded by the end customer to Vin OMS through the Return Create API, supporting up to six product images in the form of public image URLs.which can be further passed on to transporters while initiating reverse pickup, enabling courier personnel to accurately identify and verify products during collection from customers.
The images are also accessible to users on the return screen for reference.
Additionally, Return Pull API and Return Detail export have also been updated to include these image fields, enabling seamless image retrieval during the return process.

Enhancements in Order Detail and Return Detail View
Users will now have the visibility of order/ return level item summary over Order Create/ edit and Return Create edit screen. This feature will facilitate the users to have a summary view of items.

Key Bug Fixes:
Shipment Weight Calculation Over Quick Ship Functionality
We have addressed an issue over Quick Ship functionality where the shipment weight was not being updated automatically based on the SKU and packaging material weight.
With this fix, the weight field now updates accurately, aligning with the behavior of the Manage Picking screen, ensuring a smoother and more consistent process.

Cycle Count: Auto Post Inventory Move
We’ve introduced an enhancement to the cycle count functionality to ensure more accurate inventory tracking in cases of excess or shortage.
Auto Post to Virtual Bin: Instead of adjusting total inventory directly during cycle count postings, any excess or shortage will now be moved to or from a virtual bin. This prevents changes to the total inventory of an SKU at the warehouse.
Inventory Discrepancy Handling: The system will reflect discrepancies in the virtual bin. If there is no excess or loss/theft/shortage of total inventory, the virtual bin will have no inventory once all bins are audited. Users can manually adjust this virtual bin to reconcile any remaining discrepancies.
Benefits:
Improved Accuracy: By posting discrepancies to a virtual bin, the system ensures the total inventory count for an SKU remains consistent across the warehouse, even in case of misplaced items.
Better Control: Users can manually review and adjust inventory discrepancies in the virtual bin, providing more granular control over inventory accuracy.
Streamlined Operations: The new process reduces the need for immediate manual interventions, allowing the system to maintain accuracy during ongoing cycle counts.
Displaying Zone Details on WMS App Pending Picklist Screen
We’ve enhanced the pending picklist screen on the WMS App by displaying the zone details associated with each picklist.
Zone Visibility: Users can now view the zones associated with the picklist directly on the picking screen within the app, improving navigation and decision-making during the picking process.

Invoice Amount, Invoice Tax Mandatory in Inbound
We’ve introduced a configurable feature that makes invoice amount and invoice tax mandatory during the inbound process, regardless of whether users wish to validate these amounts against the GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Mandatory Fields: Users can now be required to input the invoice amount and invoice tax during receipt validation. This configuration can be enabled without the need to compare the amounts to the GRN.

Increased Control: Ensures that key financial details, like invoice amount and tax, are captured at the time of inbound, improving accuracy and compliance.
Reduced Errors: Restricts users from completing the inbound process without providing critical invoice information, preventing omissions.

Inventory Ledger Report Enhancements
We’ve developed a comprehensive Inventory Ledger Report that provides a detailed overview of all SKU transactions within a specified time frame, including opening and closing stock for each SKU.
Transaction Overview: The report tracks and displays all incoming and outgoing SKU transactions.
Stock Visibility: Clear indicators of opening and closing stock levels are provided, allowing users to monitor inventory status at any point in the specified time frame.
Beta Release: This report is in beta and will begin displaying accurate transaction data from January 17th, 2025 onward.

Manifest Confirm Date on Manifest Screen
We’ve introduced a new Manifest Confirm Date field on the manifest screen to capture and display the exact date and time when a manifest is confirmed.
Manifest Confirm Date: This field is non-editable and is automatically populated upon manifest confirmation, ensuring accurate timestamps.
Label Update: The existing "Manifest Date" label has been renamed to "Manifest Create Date" for improved clarity and distinction.

EAN Code Searchability in SKU Code Filter Tab
We’ve introduced the ability to search using EAN codes in the SKU Code Filter Tab on the STO, RTV, and PO Enquiry screens.
Search Toggle: Users can now toggle between searching by SKU codes or EAN/barcodes in the advanced search options, offering greater flexibility when locating products.

Optimized Putaway Process in WMS App
We’ve enhanced the putaway process in the WMS android app to improve speed and accuracy, simplifying user interactions during the process.
Cursor Optimization: The cursor now defaults to the "From LPN" field instead of "Scan SKU" at the start, minimizing unnecessary manual steps.
From LPN Persistence: The "From LPN" remains fixed until manually updated, avoiding the need for repetitive scanning.
To LPN Persistence: The "To LPN" field will not reset, allowing the user to scan the To LPN only once without re-entering it.
Automatic Cursor Flow: The cursor moves automatically from "From LPN" → "SKU Scan" → "To LPN," streamlining the scanning process.
Bin Auto-Selection: The system automatically selects the bin based on the scanned "To LPN," ensuring accuracy.
Configurable Feature: The entire functionality is enabled based on system configuration.

We’ve enhanced the WMS mobile app by adding the ability to view multiple images for SKUs during pick, pick + sort, and inbound processes.
Image Enlargement: Users can click on the primary image to enlarge it for better visibility.
Swipe Functionality: Added the ability to swipe right or left to view additional images related to the SKU.

Key Bug Fixes:
Incorrect Autofill in WMS App during Shortpick/Reallocation
We’ve resolved an issue in the WMS mobile app where the bin location was incorrectly autofilled during shortpick or reallocation actions.
Blank Field by Default: The app no longer autofills the previously scanned bin location when performing shortpick or reallocation. The bin location field will now remain blank, allowing users to scan the correct location without clearing unnecessary data.

Time Savings: Users can quickly scan the correct bin location without the need to clear autofilled data, streamlining operations.
Improved Efficiency: Eliminates unnecessary steps and ensures the app behaves as expected during shortpick and reallocation processes.

Increased Download Limit for Shipping Labels and Invoices
Sellers can now download up to 200 invoices and labels from the seller panel in bulk, an increase from the previous limit of 50. This enhancement simplifies operations for sellers managing high order volumes, improving efficiency, and reducing manual printing effort

This feature of Vin Lister will enable users to update marketplace prices without assigning to the marketplace;earlier marketplace assignment was mandatory for updating prices.

Product Screen Filters Enhancement
This is product screen filter improvement where user can search product in multiple ways
Filter on the basis of Dynamic Attributes- UPC or EAN number
Multiselect values with comma separated or new line based.

The functionality of the product screen filter has enabled the export also on the basis of different product filters.

Instruction Pop up on Import Template
We have introduced instruction pop up in our lister master templates ,which will assist users to provide information of what values should be filled in the particular attribute in the Lister template.
Path to Download Master Template- Admin>> Import>>Select Product in Import Type>>
Click download and select Category to download the template in the system.
All dynamic attributes in the template will show instructions pop up.
Export of all Export Profiles
Now users can get filters of all export profiles with additional filters added in the export screen. Export profiles are generated in zip folder

Separation of Image Transformation Pending Status and Sku Push Status
New status has been added in Transmit details.
It will show the status of the product for image transformation pending, earlier image.
Transformation pending was shown under the pending status of SKU push but now, separate status - Image transformation pending has been added to show image transformation status.
Key Bug Fixes:
Restrict Uploading Non-DropDown Value in Export Profile
In an Export Profile, the dropdown values (Attributes) in "Attribute Values" comes from Category Attribute Mapping.
Any one can copy paste a different (from available drop down) value in Export Profile & it is imported Successfully on Import Screen & if Any attribute is found by that name - It is Marked success on screen.
This bug has been resolved and now, it throws an ‘Invalid value’ message.
Multiselect Attribute- Repeated Values- Error message
In a MultiSelect Attribute, Values are filled as comma Separated & there is a chance that same value may be repeated twice.
When Repeated, Error thrown is generic: "Generic Error :org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement"
This bug has been resolved. Now, it shows a precise error message- “Values have been repeated multiple times. Please Correct"
This correction is applicable to Input coming from all sources - Import Sheet, API, SFTP etc.

Addition of External Status in Order Process API Response
The Order Process API has been upgraded to provide more detailed status information by including external marketplace responses and internal shipment statuses.
This API delivers real-time status from external systems during pack action, enabling integrators to quickly identify errors and take appropriate corrective actions
New parameters in the response:
extErrorCode: External marketplace error code.
extErrorDesc: Detailed error description from marketplace.
shipmentStatus: Current internal shipment status.
shipmentStatusCode: Internal status code.

New API for Creating Inbound Gate Passes
We’ve developed a new API for the creation of Inbound Gate Passes (IGP), allowing seamless integration between external systems and Vin WMS.
Functionality: The API supports creating IGPs against Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor/Direct Inbound (DI), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Returns, and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).
External System Integration: This feature enables the creation of Inbound Gate Passes in external systems, with real-time synchronization to Vin WMS. Once the IGP is created, all further inbound processing will be handled within Vin WMS.

Improved Workflow Integration: Users can create and manage IGPs within external systems, allowing for smoother coordination with Vin WMS.

Duplicate Phone Number Allowed in Vendor Create API
We’ve updated the Vendor Create API to allow the creation of vendors with duplicate phone numbers, aligning it with the behaviour on the vendor creation screen.
Duplicate Phone Number Handling: Users can now create vendors with duplicate phone numbers via the API, supporting scenarios where the same vendor operates in multiple locations.
New Parameter in Request Payload:
skipPhoneEmailValidation: A new parameter with possible values of YES or NO to either skip or enable validation to prevent the creation of vendors with duplicate phone numbers.

Improved Flexibility: This change allows clients to manage vendors more effectively by creating multiple vendor profiles for the same vendor operating in different locations.

Export Feature on Tax Integration Logs Screen
The Tax Integration Logs screen now offers an Export functionality, enabling users to download the data that is available on the screen. This feature addresses the previous limitation where users couldn't extract data for any reconciliation process.
