Overview
A Purchase Order (PO) is a formal document issued by a buyer to a seller, requesting products. It outlines the details of the transaction, including the quantity, description, and agreed-upon price of the items.
PO Enquiry
The PO enquiry screen allows users to view existing PO and edit/update the same.
Utility
Users can see all the POs and even narrow down results with filters and advanced search options.
Users may download results in a report format using the Detail Export/ Download option.
Allows the user to create a new PO using the Add New option.

Fields | Description |
PO Code | This system generated code used for identification. Users may also search using external PO codes in this field. Clicking on the PO Code will open the PO detail screen showing SKU-level information against the PO. |
PO Date | This shows the PO creation date. Users may filter for POs from a specific period. |
Vendor | Vendor/Supplier to whom the PO was raised. |
PO type | If a user wants to see POs of a certain type then he/she can use this field. |
Status | The user may narrow the search using the status of POs. |
Delivery Location | The user may filter POs based on delivery location. |
Action Button | Description |
Search | Clicking on the search button populates data on the grid below basis the applied filters. |
Reset | The reset button will refresh all filters to default. |
Advanced Search | This button narrows the search results by adding more search criteria like SKU, Exp Delivery Date etc. |
Download/ Detail Export | Download provides a header-level csv report of the POs visible on the screen. Detail Export provides line/SKU level csv report of the POs visible on the screen. |
Print | This button enables the user to print a PO PDF. |
Add New | To create a new PO click on the add new button |
