Order Management: 

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • Order Detail Page Enhancement                                     


  1. Users can now see timestamps alongside date fields like Ship by Date, Delivery Date, and Pick After Date on the order detail page. This improvement enables sellers to manage the outbound process with precision.

  • Automatic Population of Transactional Data                         


  1. Previously, when users navigated to the Order Enquiry or Return Enquiry screens, they had to manually click the search button to display the data. With this update, transactional data on screens will automatically populate without the need to click 'Search.' Additionally, the screen will automatically refresh after a set number of minutes if left idle.

  2. Applicable screens:

  • Order Enquiry.

  • Return Enquiry.

  • Delivery Shipping.

  • Order Acknowledgement.

  • Global Order Search.

  • Global Return Search.

  1. This is a config-based feature and will remain as In-Active.



  • “Pack Status Update” Enhancement                   


  1. “MP Pack Status Update” import has now been upgraded to do bulk packing/ shipping of non-marketplace orders (selfship), previously it was only supporting only marketplace orders. In addition, the feature has also been renamed to “Pack Status Update” to reflect this expanded capability.

Warehouse Management:

  • STO Inbound Import via Inbound Real Time                                   


  1. We’ve introduced a new feature that allows users to create STO inbounds using an import template within the Inbound Real-Time screen and common import.

  2. STO Inbound Import Functionality: Users can now create STO inbounds by importing data through a standardized template, available in both the Inbound Real-Time screen and common import. This enhancement simplifies the inbound creation process and reduces manual effort.

  3. Advanced WMS Features Support: The import process supports advanced WMS capabilities, such as License Plate Numbers (LPN), allowing for more comprehensive inbound management.

  1. Streamlined Workflow: Users can quickly create STO inbounds via import, improving operational speed and accuracy.

  2. Enhanced Efficiency: The ability to use advanced WMS features like License Plate Numbers (LPN) through the template reduces manual data entry and potential errors.

  3. Increased Productivity: Simplified inbound creation leads to a more efficient process, enabling users to focus on higher-priority tasks.

  • New "Pending Documents for Inbound" Feature in WMS App                        


  1. We’ve introduced a new "Pending Documents for Inbound" feature in the WMS mobile app to streamline the inbound process.

  2. Pending Document Visibility: Users can now easily view and select pending documents such as ASNs, POs, STOs, and Returns directly from the mobile app.

  3. Automated Information Population: Once a document is selected, the system automatically populates the relevant details onto the inbound screen, removing the need for manual data entry.

  1. Improved Accuracy: Automation helps reduce manual input errors, ensuring more accurate inbound data processing.

  2. Enhanced Efficiency: With documents and details auto-populated, users can process inbounds faster, saving time and effort.

Key Bug Fixes:

  • Cycle count issue after SKU Scan                      


  1. Previously, while performing cycle count by scanning each piece for SKU's without lottables, users encountered an error message requesting a lot number selection. With this change, the system will now automatically create a new lot without the need to click the "+" button, making the cycle count process smoother and more efficient for non-lottable SKUs.

  • Qty Mismatch in Manifest Report for B2B orders                    


  1. The LPN quantity was incorrectly displayed on an order-wise basis in the manifest export report for B2B orders, leading to discrepancies.

  2. This has been fixed. The LPN quantity is now correctly calculated and displayed in the manifest export report on an order-wise basis for B2B orders. 

  3. This fix ensures accurate reporting of LPN quantities in the manifest export.

Vin FBS (Store Fulfillment App)

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • Manifest Module: Addition of Courier Handover Details


  1. This enhancement allows store staff to document and track to whom the shipment is being handed over, ensuring a more transparent and accountable handover process. Users can now capture comprehensive picker details at the time of handover, including:

  • Picker Name: Record the name of the person collecting the shipment.

  • Picker Contact Number: Log the picker's contact number.

  • Capture Image: Take a picture of the picker for visual verification and to maintain the handover records.

  • Digital Signature: Collect the picker’s signature digitally.







Vin Endless Aisle

Change Requests/ Enhancements/ Improvements:

  • Click & Collect 


  1. We're excited to introduce the Click & Collect module to our Endless Aisle solution. This feature offers customers more flexibility in their shopping experience by providing faster and more convenient pickup options in addition to Ship from Store. This feature enables customers to:


  • Collecting the product from the walk-in location.

  • Collecting the product from a nearby store.



  • Customized Category Sequencing                                

  1. We have added a new customization option to the category listing page. Users can now personalize the order in which categories appear (sequence), enhancing the app's flexibility and tailoring the catalog browsing.



Vin Lister

  • Variants already created under different style when tried to import with another style                    

  1. User were able to create variant in different style when user tried to create Product which is resolved for all users 


  • Image Transformation Screen - Show all channels by default - Also show Image & SKU Count Separately

  • Import issue-Handling of '\' in Description                         


  1. User were facing issues due to \ in Description while Importing in VinLister has been resolved for all Clients now 


  •    SKUname Update in SKU Table                                                      


  1. User were facing issue for updating SKU Name marketplace wise so it has been resolved for Marketplace 

  2. Once User update SKU name then it would be updated for all Marketplace Tables 



Standard APIs

  • New Parameters Added to Order Status API Response         


  1. We've updated our Order Status API response to include "fulfillmentLoccode" and "extFulfillmentLoccode" to provide information on the specific location from which the shipment is fulfilled, offering greater transparency in the order fulfillment process.

  • Order Cancellation/ Unpack Restriction Post IRN Cancellation Expiry                


  1. With this change, users now have a provision to restrict the cancellation or unpacking of shipments post IRN cancellation policy i.e. post 24 hours of generation. This change ensures compliance with IRP regulations.

Vinculum’s OMS is now integrated with Mo Engage CRM, a leading customer engagement platform. This integration allows seamless transfer of customer data to Mo engage, enabling improved customer engagement and more personalized communication based on sales activity.
