  • Return search based on Transporter filter:     

  1. The Return Enquiry screen now includes a feature that allows users to filter returns based on the transporter. 

  2. In this update, a 'Transporter' field has been added to the return enquiry screen, presented as a single-select dropdown. This dropdown provides a list of all active transporters on the instance, displayed in the format 'Transporter name - Transporter code'. 

  3. Upon selecting a transporter from the dropdown, the screen is automatically populated with filtered returns associated with that specific transporter.

  • Changes on Global Returns screen for dropship returns:   

  1. To enhance user understanding, the 'AWB No' field has been renamed to 'Forward AWB No.' Additionally, a new column titled "Reverse Logistics Details" has been introduced to the grid.

  2. This column will display information such as the "Transporter," "Ext. Transporter Name," and 'Reverse AWB No.' specifically for the associated dropship returns.

  • Bulk printing of shipment wise gift messages:   


  1. A feature allowing users to print all gift messages at the line level associated with a specific shipment.

  2. If a shipment comprises three lines, each with a gift message, clicking the newly implemented button will print all three gift messages.

  3. This feature is added to: Outbound delivery tab of Orders, Manage Picking and Delivery Shipping screen.

Key Bug Fixes:

  • Location tag remains un-updated:                                      

    1. The issue is resolved for the users to seamlessly add or update location tags for their respective locations.





Warehouse Management:

  • Increased Transaction level visibility in SKU Transaction History:

  1. The SKU transaction history shows a day-wise transaction summary of SKUs. It shows the summed quantity of all similar transactions performed on that SKU.

  2. Earlier users had limited visibility to the individual transactions from this screen.

  3. The users can now view individual transactions against an SKU using the view button. When a user clicks on the view button the system opens the enquiry screen for that transaction specific to the SKU and date in question.

  • Import through Primary EAN code:

  1. Users can now import using the SKU Barcode while performing inventory movement via the common import option.




  • Putaway Bin Suggestion Enhancement:

  1. The user can now prompt the system for a new suggested bin in case he judges the originally suggested bin to be inappropriate using the Skip button in Web & App.

  2. Additional visibility of the zone to help the user navigate has been introduced in Web & App.

  1. We have added a new dropdown as “No. of Iterations”. This will define the number of times the user could ask the system for a new bin in the suggested putaway.

  2. SKU Group can be now used as a Rule Parameter for creating a Putaway rule.

Key Bug Fixes:

  • Contract Margin not reflected on PO:  

  1. PO margin is being picked from vendor SKU catalog instead of vendor SKU catalog loc table. This issue has been resolved.


  • WAC calculation corrections:

  1. There were a few cases where additional charges were not being considered in the calculation of WAC during inbound. These use cases have been addressed so that additional charges are included in the WAC calculation of a product always.


  • Restrict inbound of used USN with ASN or PO:

  1. The system allowed users to inward a USN that already exists in the system against an ASN.

  2. Validations to restrict duplication of USN have been introduced to prevent manual errors.

    1. The export sheet for SKU list screen is fixed to download correct data.

    1. Users have the option to cancel the order at their end based on item level and quantity.





  • Colour Pallet for SKUs:


  1. Users are enabled to view the SKU color in the more details section of the Order Details page.





  • Allocation and Un-allocation feature: 


  1. Users can allocate and Un-allocate the SKU line items in the order from the FBS mobile app.

  2. A soft confirmation message appears upon allocation and un-allocation of the lines.

  • FarEye Lite:

  1. The integration with FarEye Lite APIs now supports capturing live tracking URLs upon order creation.




  • Shiprocket:

  1. The Shiprocket integration is now equipped with QC support for reverse shipments.

  2. Users can pass line-level details including size, color, brand, image, etc. at the time of return shipment creation using this functionality.




  • Blue Dart:


Region: India 

  1. Vinculum is now integrated with the APIGEE version of Blue Dart. This version supports the Blue Dart REST shipping APIs. 

  2. The integration will enable seamless order creation for forward and reverse domestic shipments & generate pickup for the shipments. Users will also be able to track the shipments & cancel the generated shipments via this integration.
