How to create LPN?
LPN is called as License Pallet Number or Box Ids. For B2B flows, user will be needing LPNs and Box Ids in order to scan LPNs and for Order Processing.
In this document, we will see how could LPNs could be generated in the system.
First of all, user need to enables some tabs in the setting section.
Navigation- Admin >> Miscellaneous >> Settings
In setting, go to Pick Pack Configurations,
Make above settings like Scan LPN on Picking, LPN reuse After Ship, LPN Mandatory etc "ON" for
LPN.
Since LPN is used for B2B order processing , B2B Configuration should also get enabled
Below mention screen will get appear,
Make changes and click on Save button.
To Generate LPN, user can follow below navigation
Navigation – WMS >> Miscellaneous >> LPN Enquiry
Fields | Description |
LPN | This shows the LPN Ids |
Status | This shows the status of the LPN |
Pick Start Date | This shows the pick start date of LPN |
Pick End Date | This shows the pick end date of LPN |
Pick User | This will shows the user who performs the activity |
Total Qty | This will scan the qty scan for scan for picking |
Pallet ID | This is will reflect the Pallet ID against LPN |
Manifest No. | The manifest number will shows the manifested LPN details |
Outbound No. | This field tells the outbound delivery number |
Through Advance Search ,user can filter out results with some more filters
Fields | Description |
Order Channel | Here order channel/ fulfillment WH could be seen |
Order No. | User can search on the basis of order number |
Delivery No. | Outbound delivery number can pass in this tab |
SKU | Can filter results on the basis of SKU codes |
In order to create new LPN, click on "Generate LPN"

Fields | Description |
Prefix | User can add prefix of LPN here |
Suffix | User can add suffix of LPN here |
Sequence Length | Length of LPN can be mention here |
Label Type | Here user can set the size of the Label |
Number of LPN | User can mention number of LPN |
