SKU Comapny Link

Introduction

SKU Location Link module allows users to manage (link/unlink) SKUs at different locations in bulk. These locations can be a ‘Franchise’, ‘Head Office’, ‘Store’ or ‘Warehouse’ and can be created using the ‘Location Create/Edit’ module.


Navigation: Master >> SKU Management >> SKU Location Link


SKU Company Link Screen:

 

 The following fields are available on the screen:

  • Location: User needs to select the location for which they want to manage the SKUs
  • SKU Code: This field is used to search specific SKU for the selected location.
  • Operation Mode: User can select the mode of operation which can be VIEW, ADD or REMOVE.
  • Non Range Products: This displays the details of all the SKUs that are not yet linked to the selected location.
  • Range Products: This displays the details of the SKUs that are already linked to the selected location.


Operation Mode:

1. View: This options allow users view the SKU's linked/unlinked with locations. Range products screen will show the linked SKU's to the selected location, similarly Non Range products screen will display the unlinked SKU's.




2. Add: Add mode allows users to link the SKUs to the desired location. User can select the SKU's from Non Range Products and add the same to the Range Products and clicks on Save button.



3. Remove: Remove mode allows users to unlink the SKUs to the desired location. User can select the SKU's from Range Products and add the same to the Non Range Products and clicks on Save button. 




Action Buttons:

  • Search:  After selecting the Location, clicking on the Search button will display the detailed list of the Non Range and Range Products. User can also search specific SKUs for the selected location by entering the SKU code.
  • Save: Any changes made either by adding or removing the SKUs from any location can be saved using the Save button.
  • Reset: Reset button will refresh the filter fields to default settings, i.e. to an initial state to start fresh search.
  • Add : This is used to Add the selected SKUs to a location.
  • Remove: This is used to Remove the selected SKUs from a location.


Additionally, user also have visibility of SKUs linked location in SKU master screen as well.
