Vin Supplier | JIT Orders (Procurement) 

Vin Supplier enables the seller to support Just In Time fulfillment, where the seller can fulfill the order as and when the marketplace raises a purchase order for seller.

Seller can view and enquire all the purchase orders under Procurement tab

 

PO Enquiry

Navigation: Procurement>PO enquiry

 

The procurement dashboard provides following functionalities:

  1. Search: Clicking on the search button will display all the purchase orders received in seller panel.
  2. Reset: Reset button will clear search results and search parameters
  3. Advanced Search: This option provides additional parameters which seller can use to search a specific SKU. 

 

 

For example: Seller can search a SKU for a specific source location as shown below:

 

 

  1. Download:  The download button can be used to download the report in a .csv format
  2. Print: Seller can use this option to print PO details. It gives flexibility to print the details in 3 formats: pdf, xls and doc

Once the user selects a particular format, a popup appears which allows the seller to print either vendor copy or internal copy of PO
