How to configure custom/B2B/Offline channel?
This document will share how to configure any B2B/custom channel in Vin eRetail.
1. Login to Vin eRetail instance and go to “Manage Channels” under sales section.
2. Go to the top right-hand side of the window and click on “Add New.”
3. Pick the Custom Channel you want to configure from the list given below:
4. Fill the Mandatory (* Marked) details only on the Channel Maintenance Screen for the channel you want to configure.
a. Select the correct Order Fulfillment Warehouse so that order always allocated to the correct warehouse.
b. Keep the Order Sync and Inventory Sync as NO as mentioned in the screenshot below:
6. Click “Save” Button and this will create a Custom Channel in Vin-eRetail. You will be able to see the Channel Name and code on the screen.
